Registered Dental Hygienist - Silver Family Dental - Lyndhurst, OH

A family owned dental practice with a positive, friendly environment is looking to hire a part-time/full-time hygienist for Monday-Thursday. Pay is competitive and Negotiable.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive work environment and excellent customer service
Complete dental prophylaxis & oral cancer screenings
Administer local anesthetic agents when needed
Take x-rays utilizing digital x-ray equipment
Effectively communicate findings of oral exam with dentist
Educate patients on the importance of proper dental care and maintenance
Review dental charts in Dentrix Ascend and make necessary notes
Review patient medications and assess appointment needs
Prepare treatment rooms
Maintain/sterilization of instrumentations for dental hygiene treatment
Stock hygiene rooms with proper supplies
Contributes to team effort and goals of the office

Qualifications:

Dental Hygiene State License
CPR Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
