$17 - $19 hourly Responsibilities:

Assist the front desk team in insurance verification and eligibility.
Communicating with patients regarding insurance status and upcoming appointments.
Communicating with the billing team regarding eligibility questions/concerns.
Communicating with insurance carriers about patient explanation of benefits.
Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as a customer service representative
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Competencies: US Work Authorization, Flexible Schedule
