FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Kierland Dental Studio is a small FFS doctor-owned practice. We are located in 85254.
We are seeking a front office manager, Mon – Thurs (Thursdays flexible) 7:45am to 4:30pm, to join our small long-term dental team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate will be personable with strong communication skills to create relationships with patients, both in person and on the phone.
Experience with insurance verification and billing (OON), with the ability to explain the process to patients.
Collections and A/R management.
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements and respond to barriers to scheduling.
Respond to patient concerns and resolve common issues while maintaining patient satisfaction.
Prefer knowledge of Dentrix and 5+ years of front office experience; training provided on our office procedures.
