Your Role: As a Dental Manufacturing Production Assistant, youâll play a crucial role in bringing our custom-fit products to life. Your precision and attention to detail will help ensure every mouthguard meets the highest standards of quality and comfort.Key Responsibilities:
Polishing Perfection: Smooth and polish mouthguards to perfection.
Label Mastery: Apply precise ¼â labels to each product.
Creative Touch: Craft and place vinyl labels using cutting-edge equipment.
Product Handling: Use a hot knife to expertly trim products from 3D-printed models and handle dental handpieces with finesse.
Adaptability: Embrace new tasks and duties as our company grows.
What Weâre Looking For:
Steady Hands, Sharp Eyes: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Independent yet Collaborative: Thrive under supervision but also excel independently.
Pressure Performer: Stay calm and focused under pressure.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with vinyl cutting machines or thermaform machines is a plus, but not mandatoryâweâll train you!
Team Player: Ready to wear PPE as needed and contribute to a safe, collaborative workspace.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: Starting at $13.00 - $16.00 per hour, based on experience.
Flexible Hours: 20-40 hours per week with the opportunity for growth.
