What You’ll Do:

✅ Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
✅ Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment.
✅ Take and process X-rays (if certified) and perform basic lab tasks.
✅ Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
✅ Maintain patient scheduling and coordinate appointments using Dentrix Ascend.
✅ Lead and train new staff members to ensure consistency and high-quality care.
✅ Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front desk duties as needed.
✅ Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every patient.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with state-required licensing and certifications.
✔️ Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend or willingness to learn.
✔️ Strong organizational skills with experience managing patient schedules and coordinating appointments.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—someone who enjoys working with people.
✔️ A proactive, motivated individual eager to grow with our practice.
✔️ Leadership skills with the ability to train and support new team members.
✔️ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
