Job Description
We are a private dental practice located in North Miami Beach seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our wonderful team. The Dental Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience by effectively coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and facilitating financial interaction. We are looking for someone whom is Bilingual, has at least two years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, knowledge of insurance plans, and experience with Eaglesoft.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creation and presentation of treatment plans
Discuss financial options and payments with patients
Knowledge of dental codes and procedures
Submission of pre-authorizations and follow up
Insurance verification
Scheduling of treatment appointments
Routinely demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
Attention to detail
Assist with the front office checking in and out patients, answering phones, and collecting copays
Schedule management
Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
