**Job Title:** Dental Assistant **Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, knowledge of surgical procedures. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. **Responsibilities:** - Assist doctor during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs. - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations. - Take x-rays. - Sterilize instruments and equipment. - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices. - Maintain accurate patient records. - Assist with medical documentation and record keeping. - Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures. - Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment. - Ensure compliance with infection control protocols. **Qualifications:** - Certificate or diploma in Dental Assisting. - Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures. - Strong communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred. - Familiarity with medical records management is a plus.
