Dental Treatment Coordinator
Our Pediatric Orthodontic practice is growing. We have a new opening for a Treatment Coordinator. This position will be patient centric and you will be working in a team environment to make sure our patients are cared for and have a great experience for their visit to OPDSF.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and presenting treatment plans, explaining insurance benefits and collecting co-payments, checking in patients and scheduling appointments, setting up new patient accounts, answering phones, making sure patients are happy and cared for during their visit.
The ideal candidate is:
Reliable, has a happy personality, likes to work with a team, likes to work with kids, can handle fast paced environment, has multitasking skills, Dentrix experience is required... we will train the right fit person for this position, 2 yrs Dental office experience is required. We want somebody who is happy to be at work and wants to build a career in the Dental office.
