Job Description
Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Duties:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments- Take and develop dental x-rays- Perform basic laboratory duties, such as pouring and trimming models- Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients- Maintain accurate patient records- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Skills:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care- Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred but not mandatory
Requirements:- Previous Dental Assistant Experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work well within a team
