Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists with various procedures and provide quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental work- Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques- Take and develop dental X-rays- Maintain patient medical records and treatment notes- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed- Utilize Dentrix Ascend systems for scheduling and medical coding
Requirements- Experience in a dental clinic setting- Proficiency in medical imaging and X-Ray procedures- Knowledge of general dentistry practices
-Proficiency in packing cord, preparing temporary crowns, and intraoral scanning- Familiarity with medical coding and Dentrix Ascend system is a plus- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
