Job Opportunity: Dental Assistant Location: Bakersfield, CAHourly Rate: $20 - $27 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Willingness to cross-train and assist in both clinical and administrative tasks as needed.
X-ray certification and Infection Control certification are a plus but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse patient community.

Key Responsibilities:
Chairside Assistance: Provide support during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
X-ray Imaging: Take and process dental X-rays, if certified.
Infection Control: Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
Patient Communication: Assist with patient intake, explain procedures, and answer questions.
Office Organization: Help manage patient records, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure clinical areas are fully stocked.
Support Clinical Team: Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine desire to provide excellent patient care.
X-ray certification and Infection Control certification are a strong plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our patient community.
