Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient visit, including treatment plans and medical history.
Provide support to the dental receptionist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and preventive dental practices.
Operate dental systems, including 3D scanners and medical imaging equipment.
Assist in endodontic procedures as required, ensuring patient comfort throughout the process.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental clinic is preferred.
Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures is essential.
Familiarity with medical coding and documentation processes is advantageous.
Proficiency in using dental systems and technology, including 3D scanners and medical imaging tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
