Dental Front Desk Associate/Surgery Scheduler - Pediatric Dental Specialists of Williamsburg and Hampton - Williamsburg, VA

Provide a superb customer service experience for our pediatric dental patients including registration, checkout, insurance preauthorizations, billing, surgical scheduling, data entry, copay collection, and telephone answering.
Pediatric Dental Specialists is seeking a mature dependable team-oriented front desk associate. Must be full of energy, upbeat team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric and special needs environment. Must be computer literate, experience in data base entry, and a willingness to learn. Prefer Dentrix experience. Medical coding specialist is helpful with surgery scheduling experience is a plus. Must be comfortable with working in our Williamsburg and Hampton Location.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma, Billing and Coding degree or comparable experience.
