Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Dental Front Office Business Leader to join our team. As the cornerstone of our administrative team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations at the front desk with a sense of urgency, ensuring smooth processes and excellent patient service. Youâll manage the schedule, sell treatment plans, and drive the implementation of initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and practice growth. In addition, you will help support HR functions, support marketing efforts, and lead the front office team to maintain organization and productivity. With an entrepreneurial mindset, youâll work closely with the practice owner to streamline operations and contribute to the long-term success of the practice. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient office procedures.
Manage and optimize the daily schedule to ensure maximum productivity and patient satisfaction.
Sell treatment plans and financial options to patients, helping them make informed decisions about their care.
Implement and oversee initiatives to drive office growth, improve patient experience, and enhance financial performance.
Lead and support the front office team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Assist with HR functions as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to help develop and execute strategies to attract new patients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
Work closely with the practice owner to streamline processes, increase office efficiency, and contribute to long-term practice goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the dental field, with strong administrative and management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and build strong patient relationships.
Experience selling treatment plans and financial options to patients.
Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency in managing day-to-day office operations.
Ability to think strategically and implement initiatives to drive growth and improve office efficiency.
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing is preferred, but not required.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth, leadership, and patient care.
Experience with Dentrix dental software and scheduling systems is a plus.
