As our first hire in the marketing department, you will play a key role in laying the foundation for the most effective client acquisition strategies in the dental lab industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Manage advertising campaigns for multiple clients, across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Utilize digital marketing techniques, including SEO, to optimize online presence and improve search rankings.
Create engaging content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, direct mail and print, and online advertisments.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for our clients.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing and direct mail, and other print marketing is essential.
Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
