Patient Care Coordinator – Join Our Growing Dental Practice in Aledo, TX!
Are you a positive, detail-oriented individual who loves creating amazing experiences for others? Our family dental practice in Aledo just expanded into a brand-new office space, and we’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
What You'll Do:

Ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for from start to finish
Manage the hygiene schedule to keep our day running smoothly
Prepare patient charts with accuracy and efficiency
Answer phones and handle inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude
Check patients in and out, process payments, and verify insurance details
Communicate with insurance companies for claims and benefits
