Job Description: As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. You will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver comprehensive care in a comfortable and professional setting. Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth.
Take X-rays and interpret results.
Assess and record the general oral health of patients.
Provide patient education on oral care, hygiene practices, and preventive measures.
Assist with periodontal charting and other diagnostic procedures.
Ensure patient comfort and maintain a positive, caring environment.
Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher in Dental Hygiene.
Valid state dental hygiene license.
CPR certification.
Proven experience as a dental hygienist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
A caring and compassionate approach to patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of current trends in dental hygiene practices and patient care.
