Job Description
OverviewOur specialty dental office is looking for a friendly, motivated, well-organized individual who has pleasant phone kills and can communicate well with our patients.
Bilingual in English and Cantonese are a MUST.
Duties
Answer phone calls
Schedule appointments
Answer general questions about our dental office and services we provide
Check insurance information
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
Discuss treatment plan
Collect payments
Skills
Administrative experience
Fluent in English and Chinese/Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)
Basic computer skills
Dental software is a plus (Softdent)
Beneficial Qualifications
Team player

Dental assisting experience
