Job Description
Job OverviewOne of our key team members will be leaving for a 6-week paternity leave starting Feb 5, 2024 and we are diligently searching to find a skilled Dental Hygienist to cover the practice during his absence. Brand new office on the 4th floor of a medical/dental building with a view of the front range. Long-standing team and veteran doctors here to support you.
The position will be 3-4 shifts per week 7am-4pm.

Responsibilities include almost anything associated with managing the day-to-day hygiene operation of a dental practice. Specific duties include:
Perform check-in/check-out procedures
Room setup, breakdown, sterilization
Chart medical/dental history
Take radiographs and intraoral photos
Conduct patient screenings and assessments, including oral health history, oral cancer screenings, and dental charting
Clean and polish teeth to remove plaque and stains, and apply fluoride treatments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
Enter treatment plans and treatment notes into the computer system
Manage Care Calls post operatively
Stock/restock rooms and sterilization
Clean the office as needed

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
