OverviewGreat opportunity for RDHs who are looking to pick up an extra work day during the week or just want to work part time. Our part time hygienist of 18 yrs is retiring. Quality fee for service Elk Grove practice seeking permanent part time hygienist for Wednesdays (9am-6pm) with possibility of additional day. Position starts in March 2025.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong commitment to promoting oral health. This role involves working closely with patients of all ages, including children, to provide high-quality dental hygiene services in a supportive and friendly environment.
Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, infection control procedures, and dental office protocols.
Experience or familiarity with pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry standards.
