Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, root canals, and preventive care.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment options.
Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide the best care to patients.
Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry to ensure the most effective treatments.
Build rapport with patients and foster long-term relationships through quality care and excellent customer service.
Perform any other duties as necessary to ensure smooth office operations and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Texas dental license in good standing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in general dentistry is preferred but not required.
