Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during treatment. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient management skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of infection control and safety. Looking to groom our Dentist to TAKE CHARGE and lead with office; this means on a partnership track.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and oral surgeries.
Utilize medical documentation practices to maintain accurate patient records and treatment histories.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic for patient management and record keeping.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Must be comfortable with surgery or have an eager interest in wanting to learn and improve in that area
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging technologies.
Strong understanding of infection control standards in a clinical setting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
MUST have a license to practice in Indiana, preferably both Indiana and Illinois

Pay: From $300,000.00 per year
