Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and will possess a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices. This role involves working closely with patients to promote oral health, assist in various dental procedures, and ensure compliance with all health regulations.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Review medical history and document any changes or concerns related to patient care.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to provide comprehensive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance overall patient experience and office efficiency.
Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of dental office systems and procedures.
Experience in assisting with various dental treatments is preferred.
Familiarity with documentation review processes and adherence to HIPAA standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.

Pay: $49.00 - $58.00 per hour
