Are you looking to pick up a few extra hours a week and work in a fun, well-run dental office? Well then here is your opportunity.
We are seeking a hygienist to join our team and help our practice sustain its growth and excellence. We are looking for availability anywhere from 1 to 2 days per week depending on what you are seeking. If you like it so much here that you want to work more hours, then you will be given that opportunity.
We are not assisted hygiene and we give all of hygienists sufficient time to complete prophy's or SRPs. Each hygiene appointment is a minimum of 1 hour and new patients are 1.5 hours. SRPs can be scheduled up to 2 hours. This is a patient focused practice, and this is one way in which we do this.
Whenever you have a productive day, our hygienists will be given a productivity bonus based on a simple mathematical formula you can track. When our office has a productive month, quarter, or year, you may be eligible for bonuses up to $10,000/year. Immediate family members can also receive free dental care.
You will also be working with new updated equipment. We have the latest Cavitron units, new handpieces, soft tissue lasers, new x-ray units that will make your job more fun.

Responsibilities:- Provide dental hygiene services to patients on Fridays and Saturdays- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments- Conduct oral health assessments and screenings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care- Take and develop dental x-rays- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
