Park DuValle Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive healthcare services to the underserved communities in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide dental care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose and treat dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution
Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Kentucky
Current DEA registration
