OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our family dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and patient care, with a strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and charting- Maintain accurate patient medical records- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Utilize software for patient management- Assist with four-handed dentistry techniques- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice- Proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology- Experience in general dentistry practices- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance- Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $59.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
