Job Description
Be willing to perform all normal duties of a licensed General Dentist.
Be willing to go outside your comfort zone (with guidance) to become proficient and therefore more productive at procedures you are currently not comfortable doing - i.e. molar endo, surgical 3rd molar exts, implants, etc. Even better if you're already comfortable with these procedures.
Be willing to learn in depth how PPO insurances work; and then be willing to discuss this with patients while you're explaining the treatment plan. After the initial learning curve, you will be more efficient and be able to properly delegate responsibilities.
Compensation based on production.

Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Proficient in general dentistry and patient care
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical documentation
Experience with dental extractions and prosthodontics
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining medical records
Knowledge of dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic is a plus
Pediatric dentistry and oral surgery experience preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Commission
Pay: $1,000.00 per day
Expected hours: 20 â 30 per week
