Eagerly seeking a reliable and experienced full-time dental assistant to join our professional team. Hilldale Dental is a private general dental practice. We are dedicated to helping our patients maintain their best overall oral health and educating them about what's possible to obtain their best smile.

What you'll be doing throughout the day:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take and develop dental x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical history- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions- Perform basic laboratory tasks, such as pouring impressions and fabricating temporary crowns- Schedule patient appointments- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
What we require of you to work with us:- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent experience- X-Ray certification (optional)- Familiarity with using dental software- Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Enjoy working in a team environment
It would be even better if you had:
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software- Experience with CAD/CAM technology for digital impressions and restorations- Familiarity with aseptic technique for surgical procedures
