Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an integral role in delivering preventive and therapeutic care while building lasting relationships with our patients.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed.
Perform oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly equipped.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey.
CPR certification (required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Familiarity with dental software systems (preferred).
