Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to endodontics, dental extractions, and prosthodontics.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance patient care efficiency.
Manage patient records using Eaglesoft software and ensure accurate documentation of treatments and procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options available.
Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including medical imaging and dental fabrication methods.
Provide compassionate care while addressing patient concerns and ensuring their comfort during visits.
Skills
Proficient in aseptic technique to ensure safety during procedures.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Experience in endodontics, dental extractions, and prosthodontics is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software for managing patient records effectively.
Ability to perform dental fabrications as needed within the clinic setting.
Competence in medical imaging techniques for enhanced diagnostic capabilities.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
