Job Description
Provide dental care to patients, including diagnosing dental or oral conditions, and ordering treatment.
Provide education to patients to inform of potential risks and benefits of dental procedures and treatment to improve outcomes.

Location: 3569 Ridge Rd., Cleveland, OH 44102
Moving to New Location on W130th and Lorain Spring 2025
Pay: $150k to $180k, based on experience, qualifications, and FTE.
Full time and Part time available. Flexible days and hours

Graduation from an accredited Dental School (DDS or DMD)
Active license to practice dentistry in Ohio
Active DEA license
Active CPR Certification
1+ years experience as Dentist, community health setting preferred
