Job Description
Our established dental practice in Albany, Oregon is looking to add a part-time Hygienist 2-3 days a week.
We are seeking a quality Dental Hygienist to join our team. This position will be two-three days a week (Tuesday 7am-4pm, Wednesday 7am-4pm & Fridayâs 8am-3pm)
We are looking for a positive, caring and self-motivated individual who demonstrates excellent clinical skills and makes or patients' comfort and care their priority. We focus on preventative measures and are looking for a hygienist who is comfortable screening for periodontal disease, responding to those assessments, treating disease and providing patient education. We are a busy, multi-doctor practice with a strong independent hygiene department. The ability to work well with others as part of a team is a must.
We are a fully digital office with Dentrix software, digital x-ray sensors, and intra-oral cameras.
Requirements include proof of Oregon Dental Hygiene license, Nitrous Oxide permit, current CPR certification, experience with Dentrix and digital sensors is a plus. We also work with lasers for adjunct periodontal therapy, but not a requirement.
