We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Take digital dental x-rays as needed.
• Assist with patient intake and dental evaluations.
• Record and maintain accurate patient records and treatment information.
• Educate patients on proper oral care and post-treatment instructions.
• Manage dental supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and support a welcoming office atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dental assistant, preferably in a general practice setting.
• Current Dental Assistant certification and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
