ORTHODONTIC AND PEDIATRIC PRACTICES: If you have front desk experience, love children and working with their families, this may be the job for you.
Our office is seeking a front desk/ortho treatment coordinator for our practice. Ideal candidate must have some front office experience. If you would enjoy working in an office you are proud of, look no further.
Responsibilities include:
Checking patients in when they arrive,
Scheduling follow up appointments,
Collecting co-pays,
Reaching out to patients to confirm appointments,
Presenting treatment plans to patients
The dentists and our team are committed to clinical excellence and the very best customer service. Our goal is to provide a positive, welcoming and caring office for patients and their families. You must have the ability to learn quickly, be a self-starter and have a great personality with a positive attitude.
You must be a team player and enjoy a fast-paced dental office, while welcoming our guests and building relationships. We work in two locations, Downtown Portland and SE Portland, we practice orthodontics and pediatric dentistry in both offices, and the Dr's rotate offices.
DAYS AND HOURS: Monday through Thursday; 7:40am to 5pm
SOFTWARE: EagleSoft
BENEFITS INCLUDE: Health Insurance, cash balance pension plan, 401k retirement plan, with the office making a 3% contribution to you retirement plan whether or not you add money to your plan. PTO is 5 prorated days the first year and 1 additional day each year for 5 years, until you reach 10 days a year. 3 paid holidays after 1 year + 3 more paid holidays after 3 years. And paid parking when working at the downtown office.
