Dental Hygienist - Armstrong Dental Studio of Bayonne - Bayonne, NJ

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to help treat patients and promote good oral health practices. The office is new and modern with all the latest technology, including AirFlow Technology. A great team player with positive energy.
Dental Hygienist duties revolve around conducting initial patient screenings, cleaning teeth (e.g. removing plaque) and advising patients on oral health and preventative care. You’ll help dentists decide treatments for teeth or gum diseases and handle dental emergencies. As a Dental Hygienist, you should be reliable and able to build trust with patients of all ages. You should have deep knowledge of relevant health and safety rules and a good eye for oral diseases and anomalies. If you have a steady hand and great bedside manner, we’d like to meet you. This could turn into a full time position as we are opening a new office in Bayonne.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:45am-5pm Fridays 7:45-2pm and every other Saturday 7:45-2pm
1 Hour new patient
1 Hour recall with X-rays

Assisted Hygiene
Proven experience as Dental Hygienist
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Outstanding communication skills
A patient and friendly personality
Attention to detail
Diploma in Dental Hygiene
Valid license to practice
Hourly $50-$60 based on experience

Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour
