Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant - Serenity Advanced Dentistry - Cedar Hill, TX

We are now looking to add an experienced, full time insurance coordinator to our staff. The ideal candidate will be cross trained and comfortable with clinical duties such as flipping rooms and taking xrays. Our office does sedation so you will need to have RDA license, CPR certification, and N2O certification.
****Hourly wage will be based on ability, not years of experience, and will range from $10-$21. At your request we will send you a pdf file for you to fill out, that is the main assessment. Your wage will directly correlate to your abilities/score listed on that assessment. Also dependent on you having or working on getting the required certifications. (RDA/CPR/N2O)
A second assessment will be completed after 90 days to re-evaluate your skills to ensure you are meeting all expectations.

Dentist is a bilingual, hispanic, woman with loyal staff and patients that followed Dr A to her new office. Office is high tech with 3D printing, CBCT, Trios5 IO scanner, paperless, all digital including presenting treatment on ipads. Our services include sedation, implants, implant dentures, oral surgery, and most general dentistry. We take continued learning, growth, and improvement very seriously. Your CE will be paid for and expected to complete minimum 1 hour per week.
Our beautiful staff room is fully stocked with snacks, drinks, frozen food. We have a coffee/latte maker and air fryer because having a warm lunch is important.
