Orthodontic Dental Assistant - Dental 360 & Associates - Brookfield, WI

Job Overview:Dental 360 is hiring a motivated Orthodontic assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be team-oriented, patient-focused, compassionate, and reliable. Must multi-task and thrive in a busy work environment. This position is a traveling position to our greater Milwaukee area offices.

$750 Sign on Bonus & $750 after 1 year!!
Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming environment for patients and team members. We strive to build relationships and earn our patients' trust.
Prepare patients for procedure by having the necessary instruments
Assist the Doctor with instruments and materials needed for specific - procedures (Banding, tightening brackets, Debond.)
Instrument sterilization, clean and sterilize workstation
Compliance with OSHA, CDC, and HIPPA
Provide high-quality patient care
Perform all assigned duties in a professional, accountable, and collaborative manner
Regularly scheduled attendance is required

Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in four-handed dentistry techniques
Must be willing to travel between offices
Experience taking Pano, and Ceph
Must have excellent communication/customer service skills
Minimum H.S. Diploma
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Knowledge of orthodontic and general dentistry procedures
Dentrix Ascend software knowledge a plus!
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and
Orthodontic experience: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute:
Milwaukee/Waukesha/Kenosha

Willingness to travel:

50% (Required)
