We are currently seeking a full-time lead administrative professional to join our team. This role will oversee all daily administrative operations of the office. Responsibilities

Supervise daily admin operations
Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve operational processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in an dental administrative is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to provide outstanding customer support with a focus on problem-solving.
Attention to detail
A proactive attitude towards team collaboration and fostering a positive work environment.
