Job Overview
We are a fast-paced, privately-owned pediatric office. The candidate should possess a self-motivated positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to make each visit a pleasant environment for our patients. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and up to two Saturdays a month from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Responsibilities
· Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
· Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
· Assist patients with understanding their clinical diagnosis
· Calculate fees for dental treatment
· Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatment
· Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
· Assist other front desk staff members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities
· Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office
· Assist with other office duties as requested or needed
Qualifications
· Customer service experience preferred
· Highly effective verbal and communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Professionalism in all aspects of job
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
