We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Orthodontic Sterilization Technician / Records Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sterilization and cleanliness of orthodontic instruments and equipment.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a sterile environment.
Assist with taking and processing orthodontic records, including digital scans, photographs, and x-rays.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and procedures.
Support clinical staff in delivering excellent patient care.
Perform routine maintenance and inventory management of clinical supplies.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Outgoing, positive, and social person with a genuine love for helping others
Someone who shares the passion, vision, and core values of our practice

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in dental assisting or sterilization preferred.
Proven experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is advantageous.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Days: Tuesday-Thursday, opportunity for more hours
Position also has the opportunity for advancement into orthodontic assistant.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
