Duties:- Perform dental hygiene procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take dental X-rays- Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed with license- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care- Perform periodontal charting and maintain accurate patient records- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff
Qualifications:- Valid Dental Hygiene license in OH- Proficient in infection control protocols and practices- Knowledge of aseptic technique and sterilization systems- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
