Job Description
Our team at Le Dentistry is a powerhouse team that focuses on patient care, education, and teamwork, all while building real connections with our patients. We're looking for a dental assistant to ensure we're giving patients and their families the right care and quality of care with the goal of super serving our patients and their families.
Ideal candidate would:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Have basic computer skills with ability to learn new technology quickly
Have 1+ years of experience, but willing to train for the right candidate
Available to work full-time, but would also consider part-time
Examples of some key responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Utilize dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
The position is considered full-time, roughly 35 hours/week and patients are scheduled Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and one Friday/month 8am-1pm. Pay will be based on experience.
