Responsibilities: As an Endodontic Assistant, youâll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing outstanding patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting Procedures: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist the endodontist during procedures.
Patient Care: Comfort patients, explain procedures, and address any concerns.
Radiography: Take digital X-rays and ensure accurate records.
Infection Control: Maintain strict infection control protocols.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Patient Education: Educate patients on post-operative care and answer their questions.
Qualifications: Weâre looking for someone who embodies our values of compassion, teamwork, and excellence. The ideal candidate should have:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Dental or Endodontic Assistant.
Certification: Dental Assistant certification preferred.
X-ray Certification: Proficiency in taking digital X-rays.
