Our Ideal Candidate:

Holds a current certification in the state and has at least 2+ years of experience as an RDA

Has a current X-ray certification

Prioritizes outstanding patient rapport and customer service

Knows proper sterilization protocols (greeting patients, scheduling, treatment planning, Eaglesoft )

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
Manage patient appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software.
Ensure the dental office is clean and compliant with health regulations.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and bookkeeping as needed.
Support office management by coordinating events and handling office supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
