We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar- Verify insurance information and process insurance claims- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
Skills- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred
