Dental Assistant needed in our dental office

Experienced Dental Assistant RDA (financial district)

Established West Hills dental practice is looking for an efficient, smart, funny and hard-working individual to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist the doctors and the team, including anticipating needs to ensure a pleasant and seamless patient experience

- Record, obtain, and review dental history and/or records from patient

- Set up and break down rooms, sterilize instruments, and prepare trays for procedures

- Work with the doctor to stock rooms, organize supplies, and maintain supply inventory while watching the cost of the practice

- Occasionally assist with administrative duties, receive patients and answer questions of the patients

Qualifications:

- A current RDA license, X-Ray license, and CPR license with 3+ years dental experience

- Positive, flexible, creates solutions and willing to learn in a fast paced environment

- Well-organized, detail oriented and is a self-starter

- Tuesday and Thursday, 2 Fridays 16-24 Hours/Week with possibility of additional day/hours

- Work independently, productive

- Excellent communication skills oral and written

- Dentrix user and digital x-rays
