Position Overview:
This position is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, personable, and eager to grow with a premium dental practice. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, and assisting with clinical procedures as needed. A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care are essential. As we establish our patient base, your clinical duties to ensure the smooth operation of our practice is of the up most importance. This unique opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in the growth of River Oaks Dentistry as well opportunity to grow individually.
Role:
In the early stages of our practice, we anticipate a lighter patient schedule. During this time, you will be responsible for all dental assistant capacities. This will be essential to helping us deliver exceptional care and grow our patient base together.

Key Responsibilities:
Dental Assistant Duties:
Keep the reception area and operatories clean, organized, and reflective of the officeâs high-end branding.
Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and materials.
Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
Take X-rays (PA, BW, CBCT) and perform other diagnostic tasks as directed by the dentist and office manager.
Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions.
Ensure clinical areas meet OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Dental Assistant certification (required).
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience:
Previous experience in a dental office (3+ years preferred).
Experience in a luxury service environment is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g. OpenDental).
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a high-end brand.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Willing to grow with our team.
