OUR GROUP
Unified Dental Care (UDC) is a dentist-led group with 6 practices across Michigan. For too long, the decision to work with a group practice has meant you had to sacrifice autonomy, full control of clinical decision-making, for economy, the ability to earn more and pay less for quality equipment as supplies. At UDC we believe you shouldnât have to choose between the two. This is why nearly all the dentistâs we partner with have owned their own practice, but they prefer to work with us.

We are solving a big problem in our communities, which means we have a lot of patient flow. To meet all the demand, we will need someone that loves being busy providing excellent quality care to patients.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT
Another great benefit of working in a group practice setting is that us dentists can work to each otherâs strengths and preferences. As general dentists, weâre required to be proficient in most procedures, but this doesnât mean doing most procedures is an efficient usage of our time or skills. Some of us prefer to focus more on endo., others prefer seeing children and others just restorative. Working in a group setting allows you to focus on what youâre most efficient at. This provides great benefits for the patients which in return makes you more productive.
