About Us
Gentle Family Implant Dentistry, also known as Gentle Dental Laredo, is a well-established and rapidly growing dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, modern environment. Our state-of-the-art facility, experienced support team, and commitment to patient comfort have made us a trusted name in the Laredo community. We are currently seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our firm, successful team, either on a full-time, part-time, or backup basis.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including preventive, restorative, and emergency care
Perform routine dental procedures such as exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients on oral health best practices
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to maintain high-quality patient care
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and documentation
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Valid Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Open to both new graduates and experienced dentists looking to expand their practice
