Job Description

At Mount Prospect Dental Care we have been providing dental care to a long list of happy and satisfied patients.
We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing patients for dental procedures, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, and assisting the dentist during procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care and is committed to helping our patients achieve optimal oral health.
Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for dental procedures.
Sterilize dental instruments and materials.
Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
Maintain patient records and charts.
Schedule appointments and confirmations.
Take and develop x-rays.
Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
